Frequently asked questions
Do you sell physical or digital products?
Everything in my shop is digital: planners, notebooks, journals, stickers and fonts. You get your files right after you order, so there's nothing to ship and no waiting.
What apps and devices do your products work with?
My products work in any note-taking app that opens PDF files, like GoodNotes, Notability, Noteful or Noteshelf, on iPad and Android tablets.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at the moment, but I love hearing ideas. Write to me and it might become a future product!
Can I share or resell your products?
My products are for personal use ONLY. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
Can I get a refund?
Because my products are digital downloads you keep forever, all sales are final and I can't offer refunds. That's why most products have a free version or preview to try first. If a file doesn't open or something isn't working, write to me and I'll help you fix it.
I lost my digital download file. What do I do?
If you have a Gumroad account, log in and check your Library: all your downloads are saved there. No account? Write to me and I'll gladly send your files again.
